        Volunteers in Environmental Protection Programs                                        – Part 2 As a team, we have been participating in an environmental protection program that allowed us to learn more about nature and how to protect it. This project has been very meaningful because we could share experiences, work together, and make positive changes in our community. Volunteers in environmental protection programs Work done in collaborative team Community and Conservation Programs Elizabet – Living Territories: United for the Defense of Nature This program, led by the State Commission of Natural Parks and Fauna (CEPANAF), seeks to protect wildlife and promote environmental awareness in communities in the State of Mexico. Its main goal is to unite government, civil society, and academic efforts to defend ecosystems and promote sustainable environmental development. Participating in this project is a source of pride, as it allows activities in favor of animals. Key actions: Territory defense and biodiversity conservation: Protects ecosystems and involves local and indigenous communities in decision-making.
